PrepRadar operates out of New Hampshire on Eastern Time. Email is the fastest way to reach us. We typically reply to support requests within one business day and to partnership inquiries within two to three business days.

Player & Family Data Corrections

Accurate data is the foundation of what we do. If you are a player, parent, guardian, coach, or program director and spot something incorrect on a profile, we want to know — and we take corrections seriously. We cross-reference every update request against primary sources before pushing changes live, usually within 48 hours of receiving a well-documented request.

When you email a correction, please include:

  • Player name, class year, and current prep school or hometown
  • The specific field that is wrong (e.g., “height listed as 6'4” should be 6'6””)
  • A source we can verify — an official school roster, a verified social media announcement, a published news article, or a recruiting service listing
  • If you are the player or an immediate family member, mention that — we flag those requests for expedited review

Players and families can also request that their profile be removed from public indexing. Email us with the player's name and a brief verification of your relationship and we will noindex the profile within 24 hours, typically faster.

Media & Press Inquiries

Writers, broadcasters, podcasters, and content creators covering prep basketball recruiting are welcome to cite PrepRadar rankings, commitment tracking data, and scout reports in their work — we just ask for clear attribution back to prepradar.io and the specific profile or blog post you're referencing. If you need an interview, a custom data pull for a feature story, or quote-level attribution from our editorial team, email us and we will route you to the right person.

Partnerships & Advertising

We partner with prep programs, AAU organizations, training facilities, showcase events, and brands that authentically serve the high school basketball community. If you'd like to discuss sponsored content, featured program profiles, newsletter placements, or data licensing, reach out with a brief description of what you have in mind and we'll schedule a call. We don't run low-quality display ads, pop-ups, or interstitials.

Scouts, Coaches & Recruiters

College coaches, program staff, and recruiting services can contact us about bulk access, custom data exports, API access, or recommending a prospect we may have missed. We prioritize tips from verified program staff and reply to those within one business day during the recruiting calendar.

Bug Reports & Feedback

See something broken, a chart that won't load, a search result that seems off, or a page that feels slow? Email us with the URL, a short description of what went wrong, and (if you can grab one) a screenshot. Feedback from readers is one of the main drivers of how the product evolves — most of the recent filter improvements, mobile fixes, and new page sections came out of emails like yours.
