Background
The Atlanta native made the jump to Overtime Elite, leaving the traditional high school route behind for elite competition and development. Coming from Georgia's talent-rich prep scene, Nesmith had options but chose the OTE path to accelerate his growth. He's now running with some serious talent daily, including top-50 prospects across multiple classes.
Playing Style
Nesmith has that coveted wing frame with real length and developing skill. He can handle the ball in transition and create his own shot from the perimeter when needed. His motor runs consistently, and he competes on both ends without taking plays off. The jump shot needs more consistency, especially from NBA range, but the stroke looks clean enough to project. He's not afraid to attack closeouts and has good instincts cutting without the ball. Defensively, he uses his length well but needs to add strength to handle bigger forwards at the next level.
Recruitment
Twelve D1 offers including heavyweights like Kansas and Auburn means the phones are ringing regularly. His Overtime Elite exposure has him on every major program's radar, and that list will only grow. With two more years of development ahead, he's tracking toward high-major stardom if the shot continues improving.
