Scout Report

When Wisconsin comes calling for an in-state point guard this early in the process, you know they've found something special.

Background

Rasco operates out of Nicolet High School, where he's building a reputation as one of Wisconsin's top floor generals in the 2026 class. The Badgers didn't waste time extending an offer to keep this hometown talent close, though he's also caught the attention of Brown on the East Coast. His partnership with 2027 forward Deuce McDuffie at Nicolet has created quite the dynamic duo that's turning heads across the Midwest.

Playing Style

Rasco brings that classic point guard DNA - he sees the floor two passes ahead and never forces bad shots. His court vision jumps off the film, especially in transition where he finds teammates in perfect scoring position. The Wisconsin commitment suggests he's got the basketball IQ and leadership qualities that Greg Gard values in his system. Still needs to add strength to handle physical Big Ten defenders, but his decision-making rarely wavers under pressure.

Recruitment

Locked in with Wisconsin after choosing the Badgers over Brown and likely other suitors. The early commitment gives him time to focus on development rather than the recruiting circus. If he continues progressing at his current rate, he could be a multi-year starter in Madison.
