Scout Report
The 2027 class in Georgia continues to produce intriguing guard prospects, with emerging talent beginning to make waves on the high school circuit.
Background
Tyler Blouin suits up for North Oconee High School in Georgia, representing a program that has been building its basketball reputation in recent years. As a member of the Class of 2027, Blouin is still in the early stages of his high school career, working to establish himself within Georgia's competitive prep basketball landscape. The guard is beginning to garner attention from scouts and coaches as he develops his skillset at the varsity level.
Playing Style
Blouin brings guard versatility to the court, showcasing the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in the backcourt. His game is still developing as he adapts to the speed and physicality of high school basketball, but early observations suggest a player with solid basketball IQ and court awareness. The Georgia prospect displays promising ball-handling skills and shows potential as both a playmaker and scorer. As with many underclassmen guards, continued development of his outside shooting consistency and defensive intensity will be key factors in his progression over the next two seasons.
Recruitment
Currently without reported scholarship offers, Blouin represents the type of prospect that college programs will be monitoring closely as he continues his high school development. His 2027 classification gives him ample time to refine his skills and build his recruiting profile through strong performances at North Oconee. With two more years of high school basketball ahead, the guard has the opportunity to emerge as a legitimate college prospect if he continues trending upward.
