Before joining Legacy Early College, Sullivan served as head coach at Lenoir-Rhyne College for nearly a decade, where he developed his coaching philosophy and leadership skills. Beyond his coaching duties, Sullivan demonstrates his commitment to basketball development through his role as Owner and Director of the Upstate Hoops Showcase and his work as President of the Everick A. Sullivan Foundation. His multifaceted involvement in the basketball community reflects his dedication to mentoring young athletes both on and off the court.
