Head Coach
Erasto Hatchett brings extensive experience in athletics administration and coaching to his role as head basketball coach at Christ School. He previously served as Athletic Director, head basketball coach, and physical education teacher at Charlotte's Northside Christian Academy from 2016 to 2022, where he successfully managed multiple responsibilities while developing student-athletes both on and off the court. Earlier in his career, Hatchett held the position of Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach and Guidance Counselor at Word of God Christian Academy, where he maintained daily operations of the guidance department, advised students on course selection and ACT/SAT preparation, and fostered meaningful relationships with students and families. From 2010 to 2016, he served as Assistant Director of Admissions at Saint Augustine's University in Raleigh, gaining valuable experience in higher education administration. Hatchett's diverse background in coaching, education, and student services reflects his commitment to developing young people academically and athletically.
