Hugo Limburg United
Program Scout Report
Overview
Hugo Limburg United operates as an independent program, positioning itself outside traditional conference structures in the prep basketball landscape. That independent status gives the program flexibility in scheduling and in how it builds its identity. It remains an emerging name that evaluators are still getting to know.
Coaching Staff
Raymond Westphalen leads the program as head coach, guiding its day-to-day direction and player evaluation. Detailed information on his coaching background, philosophy, and career achievements is not yet available in the PrepRadar database. His profile will sharpen as more program data is tracked.
Player Development
PrepRadar currently tracks one player from the program, which limits a full assessment of its development track record. Oskar Giltay, a 2025 prospect ranked #179, represents the program's most visible recent talent on the national board. Verified NBA alumni and a documented college placement pipeline have not yet been established in the available data.
Culture & Academics
Specific details on the school's academic environment, facilities, and campus life are not yet available. Prospective families should verify these directly with the program.
Recruiting Outlook
Giltay's national ranking gives the program a credible presence in the 2025 class and a foundation for building recruiting visibility. With only one tracked prospect, the program's trajectory is still taking shape, and its ability to attract and sustain top-tier talent remains to be demonstrated. Scouts should monitor how the roster develops and whether additional ranked prospects emerge in coming cycles.
