Metairie Park Country Day
Program Scout Report
Overview
Metairie Park Country Day operates as an independent prep basketball program, competing without conference affiliation. The program currently tracks 14 players in its scouting pipeline, with Kellen Brewer, a 2027 prospect ranked No. 141, as its top listed recruit. Detailed program history, championship results, and historical notoriety were not included in the available research, so this assessment is limited to the current roster and independent status, and it should be supplemented with verified records before use in evaluations.
Coaching Staff
Head coach Mike Mc leads the program, but verified details about his playing background, coaching philosophy, and achievements were not supplied in the research provided. Any characterization of his approach, tenure, or record should be confirmed through direct sourcing before it informs recruiting decisions, as the current file contains no sourced biographical information.
Player Development
The program's documented development outcomes, including NBA alumni, college placements, and graduation-year results, were not included in the available research and therefore cannot be stated with confidence here. The present evaluation centers on the 14 tracked players, led by Kellen Brewer, the 2027 prospect ranked No. 141. Verified placement data should be added to the file as it becomes available to establish a clearer picture of the program's development pipeline.
Culture & Academics
Information regarding school academics, campus facilities, and overall environment was not provided in the research materials. Scouts should verify these factors directly with the school before drawing conclusions about the setting in which players train and compete.
Recruiting Outlook
The current talent base includes 14 tracked players, with Kellen Brewer, a 2027 prospect ranked No. 141, serving as the top listed recruit. Without verified data on pipeline depth, recent graduating classes, or year-over-year program trajectory, the outlook remains provisional. Continued scouting and confirmed records would be required to evaluate the program's direction and the strength of its recruiting pipeline accurately.
