St. Mark's
Program Scout Report
Overview
St. Mark's is a Texas-based independent prep basketball program, so its schedule and competitive identity are shaped by its own choices rather than by conference structure. Independent programs must build their profile through the quality of their roster and the games they choose to play, which places talent evaluation at the center of any assessment. Its standing in prep basketball is best judged by the strength of its tracked players and the development of its roster over time.
Coaching Staff
Lonnie Wright serves as head coach of St. Mark's. The current research file does not include his playing or coaching background, philosophy, or championship history, so this profile does not assert those details. Evaluators should verify his credentials directly before relying on them in placement or recruiting assessments.
Player Development
The program currently tracks eight players, and its most prominent prospect is Dawson Battie, a 2027 prospect ranked #25. Verified information on NBA alumni, college placements, and past graduates of the development pipeline is not available in the current research, so no claims are made about prior outcomes. Placement history should be confirmed before it is used to judge the program's development record.
Culture & Academics
Information on the school environment, academics, and facilities is not included in the research provided. These areas should be confirmed directly with the school before conclusions are drawn.
Recruiting Outlook
St. Mark's enters the current cycle with eight tracked players, led by Dawson Battie, a 2027 prospect ranked #25 in the class. The strength of the pipeline depends on depth beyond the top prospect, which requires further evaluation of the remaining roster. The program's trajectory can be assessed more fully once additional rankings, offers, and roster movement data are collected and reviewed.
