Scout Report
While many 2026 prospects are already generating headlines, this Calvary Christian Academy standout is quietly building his foundation for a breakout campaign.
Background
Jadus Sorhaindo represents the emerging talent pipeline from Calvary Christian Academy in Florida, a program known for developing competitive basketball players. As a member of the Class of 2026, he's positioned in the heart of a loaded recruiting cycle while continuing to develop his skills in the Sunshine State's competitive high school basketball landscape. His journey at Calvary Christian provides him with quality coaching and the opportunity to face strong regional competition as he builds his recruiting profile.
Playing Style
With limited exposure to this point in his high school career, Sorhaindo's specific skill set and positional versatility remain intriguing question marks for college coaches beginning to evaluate 2026 prospects. His development at Calvary Christian suggests he's working within a structured program that emphasizes fundamentals and team concepts. The fact that he's garnering early attention despite being relatively under the radar indicates there are flashes of potential that coaches are beginning to notice. His continued growth over the next two seasons will be crucial in determining his ceiling and eventual role at the next level.
Recruitment
As an unsigned 2026 prospect without reported offers, Sorhaindo sits in the evaluation phase where consistent production and skill development will be key to generating college interest. His timeline allows for significant growth, and strong performances during his upcoming junior season could quickly change his recruitment trajectory. College programs at various levels will likely monitor his progress as he continues to mature physically and refine his basketball skills.
