Program Scout Report

Overview

RWE OTE operates as an independent program based in Atlanta, GA, positioning itself outside traditional conference structures to focus on individualized player development and exposure. The program has built a developing presence on the prep basketball landscape through its tracked roster of rising talent.

Coaching Staff

Head coach Corey Frazier leads the program's day-to-day operations and player development approach. His leadership shapes the identity of a roster built around long-term growth and exposure opportunities for its athletes.

Player Development

RWE OTE's current pipeline includes five tracked prospects spanning the 2026 and 2027 classes, led by Taylen Kinney and Lincoln Cosby in 2026 and Javon Bardwell, Tyran Frazier, and Clyde Walters in 2027. The spread across two graduating classes points to a program building sustained depth rather than a single standout class.

Culture & Academics

Based in Atlanta, GA, the program benefits from the city's deep basketball talent base and competitive training environment for its athletes.

Recruiting Outlook

With a 12-man tracked roster anchored by multiple ranked 2026 and 2027 prospects, RWE OTE is cultivating a multi-year recruiting pipeline rather than a single breakout cycle. As an independent program, RWE OTE has flexibility in scheduling and exposure events that could aid its prospects' recruitment, and continued development of its top-ranked players will be central to the program's trajectory going forward.
